A partire da lunedì prossimo, 27 settembre 2010, scatta l'obbligo per i ciclisti di indossare giubbino o brettelle catarifrangenti quando circolano nelle ore serali fuori dai centri abitati, quindi solo in ambito extra-urbano, e in tutte le gallerie dove sia loro consentito il transito, anche quando queste si trovino in città. Tale norma scatta 60 gg dopo l'entrata in vigore della legge 120/2010 del 29 luglio scorso che ha modificato il codice della strada (D.L. n. 285 del 1992). Questa disposizione
