If, beyond the technical aspects of the definition, the concept of "accident" suggests a degree of fatalism and inevitability, we must reaffirm that this is not an appropriate description of many of the harmful events that occur on Italian roads, they are - it should be remembered - among the least secure and less controlled in Europe.

Nel partecipare al cordoglio dei familiari delle vittime, la Federazione Italiana Amici della Bicicletta chiede che la sicurezza stradale entri finalmente tra le priorità dell'agenda politica, sia su scala nazionale che locale.
