nothing particularly new, just an idea to recycle the leftovers of a dinner of polenta pudding Montebore & truffle risotto and (made in abundance) with contorno.Visto that I found myself with two fists and a bit of rice advanced 'clippings of polenta, I decided to recycle everything so virtuous, creating a rustic lunch but really delicious!
I present it to you, because these parties there will be leftovers .. The important thing is not to throw, but try to reuse and transform what you have available (maybe I cooked and then frozen!)
